Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inaiways Technology Pvt. Ltd., operating the SeraOS platform and brand ("SeraOS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you.
This Policy applies to information we collect through:
- Our website at www.seraos.ai and any related sites, subdomains, or campaign landing pages we operate (the "Websites").
- Our social media pages and our communications with you by email, SMS, telephone, or chat ("Communications").
- Any forms, demos, or business interactions you have with us; and
- The AI-powered marketing and lead-qualification services we provide.
Collectively, these are referred to as the "Services."
Important — Data we handle for our business clients: SeraOS provides performance-marketing and lead-generation services to business customers. When we collect or process the personal information of consumers (for example, prospective buyers who respond to a campaign) on behalf of and under the instructions of a business client, we act as that client's service provider / processor. That information is governed by our agreement with the relevant client and by that client's own privacy policy — not by this Policy. This Policy governs information for which SeraOS itself is the controller and means of processing, such as our Website visitors and our prospective and current business customers.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you provide to us directly:
- Contact and identity information — such as your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone/mobile number, and country.
- Communications content — including messages, feedback, and other information you share when you contact us, request a demo, or fill in a form on our Websites.
- Marketing preferences — your choices about receiving newsletters, product updates, and other communications.
- Business information — details about your company, industry/vertical, marketing goals, and the brand context you provide so that our platform can operate.
Information we collect automatically when you use our Websites:
- Online activity — pages and screens you view, time spent, navigation paths, referring URLs and search terms, access times, and whether you opened our emails or clicked links within them.
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser type and language, operating system, device type, and approximate (city/region-level) location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Section 5 below.
- Company- and person-level identification data — when you visit our Websites, we (through our vendor RB2B and similar identification providers) may use your IP address, cookies, and similar technologies, together with data held by our online data partners or vendors, to identify the company associated with your visit and, in some cases, to associate your visit with a named individual and business email address, even if you have not submitted a form. See "Website Visitor Identification (RB2B)" in Section 4 below for details and opt-out information.
Information we receive from other sources:
- Business data providers and marketing partners — publicly available business contact information and enrichment data we use for B2B outreach (for example, from professional databases).
- Advertising and analytics platforms — aggregated or attributed information about how you reached our Websites (for example, from Google Ads or LinkedIn).
- Integrations you initiate — where you or your organisation connect a CRM or other tool to our Services.
We need certain information to provide the Services. If you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to respond to your request or deliver the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
- To respond to you — answering inquiries, scheduling demos, and providing requested information.
- To provide and improve the Services — including operating AI-powered content and advertising campaigns, qualifying leads, and routing qualified leads (for our clients) into their CRM.
- To communicate with you — sending administrative messages, product updates, and (where permitted) marketing communications by email, SMS, or telephone.
- For marketing — measuring our campaigns, analysing usage, testing features, measuring campaign effectiveness, and conducting research and analytics.
- For website visitor identification — identifying the companies (and, where available, individual business contacts) that visit our Websites, so that our sales and marketing teams can prioritise outreach and personalise communications. See Section 5.
- For advertising and conversion — measuring and optimising our own marketing campaigns, including conversion tracking and remarketing through platforms such as Google and LinkedIn (see Section 5).
- For security and fraud prevention — protecting our systems, detecting and preventing fraud or abuse, and maintaining the integrity of the Services.
- For legal and compliance purposes — complying with applicable laws, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our agreements, rights and those of others.
- To support business transactions — such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or reorganisation.
- With your consent — for any other purpose we describe at the time we collect the information.
3. How We Share Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and contractors — companies that help us operate the Services, including website hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics vendors, telephony, email delivery, and customer support providers. Our outbound and operations stack may include providers such as cloud hosting, CRM, email/telephony, and analytics vendors, who process information only under our instructions.
- Website visitor identification vendors — such as RB2B, which help us identify companies and, in some cases, individuals visiting our Websites, as described in Section 5.
- Our business clients — where you are a consumer whose information we are processing on behalf of a client, we route that information to that client as their service provider (see the Introduction above).
- Advertising and analytics partners — such as Google and LinkedIn, for measurement, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Professional advisors — such as our lawyers, accountants, auditors, and financial advisors, where reasonably necessary.
- Affiliates — our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities.
- Authorities and others for legal reasons — law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other third parties where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of us, our users, or the public.
- Parties to a business transaction — an acquirer or successor entity (and its advisors) in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of cookies and advertising technologies described in Section 5 may constitute "sales" or "sharing" of data for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US state laws. You can exercise choices about this as described in Sections 5 and 6.
This may also include our use of website visitor identification vendors such as RB2B, described in Section 5.
4. Marketing and Telephone/SMS Communications Consent
When you provide your telephone number through our websites or forms, you agree that we (and, where applicable, the relevant business client) may contact you at that number — including by automated technology and our AI agents, pre-recorded messages, calls, and SMS/text — for purposes related to your inquiry or the service you requested, even if the number is on a state or national Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact us at the address in Section 11. We may still send you non-marketing service-related communications.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to operate the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable organisational, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL) where appropriate. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
